Hello,
this contribution is to add new hook in ticket parameter to finally add new variable in ticket answer templates.

Could you explain what you want to achieve and give an example of code that uses this hook?

I know there was another request somewhere for there to be more data available in the followup/task/solution templates. I thought it could be good to migrate to using the new API as the source the same way webhooks are. A change to that system would make this kind of hook obsolete, or at least more complicated to support though.

The usecase seems legitimate to me. I close this issue. The discussion about the implementation will continue in #20880.
