Numbered list needs to adjust numbering format for indented sublists #227

Numbered lists still only show "1", "2", "3", etc... for indented sublists. Instead they should show "1.1", "1.2", "1.3".

Or we should have a configurable sheme (e.g. factory) for how numbers are generated?
