Text jumps (scrolls) around if adding lines while the scrollbar is not at the top location.

If vertical scrollbar is shown due to the text being larger than what fits into the textarea AND one adds lines of text in a location where the scrollbar is not at the topmost location. The text jumps around while typing, after a few characters have been added to a line it typically stabilises.
