make pomodouroboros.macos.hudmulti.HUDMultipleProgress and ProgressHUD.xib show up on multiple displays in the same way that pomodouroboros.macos.progress_hud.ProgressController does. #63

After some investigation it does not appear to be possible to let Xcode's "initial position" work unless you're just accepting the default screen, so these will need to be positioned programmatically.

Doesn't fully fix the issue since we still need a controller object for things
to talk to, but it mostly does the trick
