Add custom range selection for Global Actions

Considered doing custom Undo actions (Don't just do the action to all the characters. Also, provide options for Undo: One big entry, entry per character, or no entry.)

Even if we did an Undo entry per item, they would be stacked. So Undo-ing a single item couldn't be targeted, all the other items 'before' it would also have to be undid (undoed?)

Not to mention Component linking... ugh.

Sticking with one giant History entry.
