Hi again @appiah4! You can find the one I'm using in the BOM under "Mechanical Parts":
The 11mm standoffs are the one between the Pi and ClumsyMIDI, the 5mm ones are the "feet" and are screwed into the longer ones through the bottom PCB. The "+6" means the standoffs have a 6mm long threaded shaft on top. The nuts are for fixing the longer standoffs on top. If you search for M2.5x11+6 and M2.5x5+6 you should find the right ones, usually they are brass. If you want to do your own thing, any spacers of 11mm length fitting M2.5 screws should work.
