The python implementation for the Random Walk graph kernel returns different results compared to the output of the matlab script for the same kernel (https://github.com/eghisu/GraphKernels/blob/master/matlab_scripts/random%20walk%20kernels/RWkernel.m). Do you do any additional normalizations of the graphs or is the script written to be equivalent to the matlab code?
