Brew formula needs to be updated to the new Python version

Hi, thank you for making this tool!

Just wanted to let you know that Homebrew no longer supports Python 3.8 which is listed as a dependency for the gnebbia/kb formula, and thus it does not permit simply running 

```bash
brew install kb
```
