Failed to translate line - API Error

I tested the API in Subtitle Edit and here (https://cerlancism.github.io/chatgpt-subtitle-translator/) and it works, but when I put it in the program it doesn't work.

But it is already linked, whether with a credit card or with money in the account, shown in the images! I tested on these 3 versions: 1.3.0, 1.4.0 and 1.5.0.

And it still has the same error.
I tested the API in other places and it worked, but not here.
