I came across this repo some months ago, and there's a lot that is very useful. Is there someone actively maintaining this? And if not, is there any fork that is being maintained?
I think a bunch of what's here could be ported to Godot 4, this is great engineering that could be useful for so many projects. I hope this doesn't get forgotten

In short, I am regularly busy with things from my day job and have been largely involved with Godot for the better part of the last 2 years aside from occasionally commenting on Issues from the Godot repo. I hope to return to things more next year (perhaps Q2); however, I regret that I have not taken the time to at least do some bare maintenance of this repo for reviewing issues/PRs.
I opted to create GEL and add godot-next to it in the hopes that a community of interested users/contributors could continue to support things in the case of my absence, but no one who is a member of the organization has taken up the mantle (nor was it ever technically their responsibility) resulting in its stagnation over my negligence.
I will attempt to at least correct some basic problems with it in the coming weeks. Thank you for asking.

If we end up adapting any pieces of the repo, we'll make sure to submit a PR, hopefully that helps a little.
