Real time sound bending

Hi Peter
I would love to tweak the sound in real time like to obtain some funny sound like circuit bending a Speak & Spell
I only found out how to change the pitch with a potentiometer by playing with the Timer 2 but didn't find a way to play with other parameter.
I did try to change some value in the data stored in the progmem to invent new sounds but cannot do this in real time using potentiometer
Any idea how I could do that ?
