当前应用模版发布时，不会携带数据。在一些特殊场景下，如应用本身非常简单，只是Web页面，但是其功能依赖于底层的数据。例如现在部分AI应用，模型是底层的关键。如果发布只发布了镜像，那么用户即使安装也无法正常使用。因此需要考虑携带数据的发布方式。
