I apologize for the delayed response, As far I know the LiteRT Next GPU Accelerator library libLiteRtGpuAccelerator.so is currently not open sourced. The GPU accelerator is only available as a prebuilt binary please refer this comment and We encourage developers to leverage this acceleration using the high-level LiteRT Next APIs, specifically by using the CompiledModel API and setting the hardware acceleration parameter to kLiteRtHwAcceleratorGpu. This approach gives you full access to the performance benefits without needing to manage the low-level complexities of the underlying hardware integration. [Ref]
