The SaveImageToFileWorker test cannot pass

Steps to reproduce?

download the project from github, open it use Android studio
open WorkerInstrumentationTest class
run cleanupWorker_doWork_resultSuccess test, pass succeed
run blurWorker_doWork_resultSuccessReturnsUri, pass succeed
run blurWorker_doWork_resultSuccessReturnsUri, pass failed

Versions
_Android Studio version:_Android Studio Iguana | 2023.2.1 Patch 1
_API version of the emulator:_28
