When a Matter device is commissioned on an Android phone with Samsung SmartThings installed, it fails. Once SmartThings is removed, commissioning succeeds.

Is there a way to prevent the SmartThings from interfering with commissioning?

Assumption: I'm assuming that commissioning would work if I had a Matter-compatible Hub for Smarthings. https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us/articles/11219700390804-SmartThings-x-Matter-Integration#:~:text=facilitates%20this%20connection.-,Matter%20Controller,-%2D%20The%20Matter%20controller
