Hi,
I'd like to point out that at this moment this repo is unusable, because:

• Firebase account creation, authentication and project selection is not even mentioned, I understand that its out of scope of this project, but you can add links to relevant resources or at least mention the need to set it up.
• The Google Cloud Console GUI and specifically Actions on Google Console has changed significantly and the current instructions do not much the reality, buttons have moved or missing.
• also file src/config-provider.ts is completely missing from the project although it is addressed in the instructions.
