Not super important, but I noticed that if you cmd+click a nav item to open it in a new tab, it still runs some transitions.

Looks like it changes the selectedPage. Can we prevent stuff from running if you CMD+click.

This is the Polymer paper-tab behavior (it does not cancel its action on cmd click). We'd need to subclass it.
