iPhone 5, iOS 8.3, Chrome 42

Same issue as described during phase 2 launch:
#1217

The dropdown works, and we're able to click on the filters, but selecting them does nothing to the actual set of results presented on the schedule.

Note: on the same device, this works in Safari
