Reference File is shorter than degraded file -> MemoryError: std::bad_alloc

As the title says, I have a reference audio file that is 2560 samples long and a degraded file that is 59680 samples long. I just wanted to confirm that the `MemoryError' occurred because the reference file is shorter than the degraded file.

I met the same porblem, and i change the github dns at /etc/hosts, to access github website.
