I'm trying to build with the visual study 2022 version, but there's an error that I can't find the files VCVARSALL.BAT, cl.exe, link.exe, lib.exe, ml64.exe. I set environmental variables and actually there are files, is it a visual study version problem? Or is there another solution?

Problem of Bazel. Use Visual Studio 2019 instead.
