Step 3 only works on Firefox for MacOS #105

Platform: MacBook/Intel
OS: Mojave 10.14.6
Browsers:

  1. Chrome "Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)"
  2. Safari "Version 12.1.2 (14607.3.9)"
  3. Firefox "69.0 (64-bit)"

Steps to Repro:

  1. Clear contents of work directory
  2. Copy contents of step-04, step-05, or step-06 into the the work directory
  3. npm install
  4. node index.js
  5. Open index.html in Chrome or Safari
  6. Attempt to interact with web app
  7. Open index.html in Firefox
  8. Attempt to interact with web app

RESULT
Web app only works when using Firefox

EXPECTED RESULT
Functionality consistent across all major browsers

COMMENT
Steps 5 and 6 have been broken for more than a year, and I cannot get Step 4 working at all for any browser.
