Segment Route, Auto, No intersections found along this route

Using hosted version of the Route Registration Tool on 2026-04-21: https://goo.gle/route-selection-tool,

1. Draw new route
2. Segment Route: select Auto
3. Nothing happens because the app reports "No intersections found along this route" . In spite of the road having plenty of intersections, see screenshot.

Please note that this feature was working with the same hosted version of the tool when i tried this feature around 2026-03-15.

We have recenly modified how the road network is accessed and this should be solved.
Could you please check if this is still reproducable?

As of 2025-05-08, the last commit cc766eebc028f0fa07edad3c1f4880269d3539dd dated from 2026-04-13, which is before this issue was filed (2026-04-21).

I suppose the fix you mentioned was made outside of the code?

Nevertheless, I confirm the auto-segment feature is now working. Test made using the public hosted tool: https://goo.gle/route-selection-tool
