[Queston] is gorilla/mux Still Maintained?

Hello,

Is gorilla/mux still maintained? I see the last commit to the default branch was about a year ago, and last release several years ago.

If it is not, I'd like to propose updating the readme to reflect this and perhaps archiving the repo.

I noticed #659 has some notable information, but seems a bit out of date.

Edit: I didn't parse the date. Even if some people working at red hat picked it up two years ago, it's pretty quiet here now.

Although I agree that technically the standard library's net/http is good enough, the API ergonomics is not as good, and due to backwards compatibility they won't change that very easily (although they introduced JSON v2 handling).

It's compatible with ~90% of the original toolkit and has a lot of unique features....
