Make other forms of rounding available

Is it possible to expose methods that implement other rounding algorithms such as nearest integer?

I am looking into this. I am still not sure what approach is better.

1. A method per rounding mode like in shopspring.
2. One method that takes rounding mode as an enum argument, like in Java, Python and Rust.

imho I like 1. I think it keeps the API simple, but I understand that 2 can help avoiding some code duplication.

How about a private function that takes the rounding mode as a parameter, and exposes public functions that depend on it?
