chore(gitignore): ignore generated astro typegen and cli bun archive cache

Keeps the worktree clean after local builds: packages/posts/.astro,
services/www/.astro and packages/cli/.cache/bun-app-archive.bin (24 MB)
are all regenerated artifacts, never hand-edited.
