Unilabel Update fails on Moodle 4.3

I am getting the above error when i upgrade Unilabel plugin on Moodle 4.3

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this error :(.
Can you give me some more information about your circumstances?

• What was the version of unilabel before you upgraded to the new version?
• What type/version of database is your system running?
• What PHP version is your system running?
• Can you see in your database, whether or not the table "{prefix}unilabeltype_accordion_seg" is really missing?

• What type/version of database is your system running?
  mysql (8.0.36)
• What PHP version is your system running?
  PHP Version 8.0.30

• Can you see in your database, whether or not the table "{prefix}unilabeltype_accordion_seg" is really missing?

However deleting the plugin and reinstalling fixed the issue for me. Thanks
