Support the alpine base image

Alpine Linux uses busybox `tar` instead of GNU `tar`, and has `wget` installed instead of `curl`. Therefore, `wget` should be used instead of `curl` in install and test scripts, and only busybox tar compatible features should be used when using `tar`.

In addition, tests should be added to the supported base images: **Ununtu**, **Debian**, **Alpine**
