Support for 15m resolution data

SiteWise added support for a 15m resolution for aggregated requests.

Describe the solution you'd like
To fully support 15m resolution requires two changes:

1. Add 15m resolution option to dropdown in query editor
   

2. Add support for 15m resolution when "AUTO" is selected

@diehbria adding this to the backlog. Does it make sense to make this even more customizable, meaning making it an input field instead of a dropdown? So users can input "1m", "2m" 2w" etc.

@idastambuk the problem is that SiteWise only support a limited selection of resolution. Refer to this User doc https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot-sitewise/latest/userguide/aggregates.html

Allowing user type will create more complex verification logic.
