Implement node graph / service graph for traces

Summary

We added traces support in #103 and now we would like to implement visualization with node graph (aka service graph / service map): https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/panels-visualizations/visualizations/node-graph/#node-graph

Implementation

This should be done after migrating OpenSearch to be a backend plugin
