Improve setup for developing with @grafana/ui

I find it super hard to setup yarn links to make it work, not to speak of the tons of errors that I usually need to ignore.

Is there a step missing in https://github.com/grafana/scenes/blob/main/packages/scenes/README.md#setting-up-grafanascenes-with-a-local-grafana-instance ?

We know about the webpack type errors that happens when you build scenes with main repo grafana due to library version mismatches etc, if you have any recommendations on how to fix them we would love to know as we our out of ideas
