Adding new beans to the app

Sorry, I've just installed the app, and it seems great, except for some hiccups running the timer WHILE brewing manually, but I've got one question.

When I entered the first coffee, when I was entering the roaster, a dropdown appeared with a list of known roasters. Mine was there! IIRC, there even was a first step where I entered the country? but I might be confused. Anyway, afterwards when adding the two other bags I've got, that never showed up again. I'm not sure what happened or how to search for it. I've no problem entering the roaster manually, but I'm just a geek for normalization :)

Any ideas where what I'm talking about might be?
