Adding more information on how to get some more information for the analytics from the Management API #854

We already have this documentation, but it's for the console UI:

https://docs.gravitee.io/apim/3.x/apim_consumerguide_manage_applications.html#analytics

Information should be added about how to get these information from the Management API accordingly.
