Could you please add the demo mapnik style xml (osm-carto.xml) and its output image to the example folder? Such a quick evaluation is very helpful.

I'm going to split this into multiple parts. The first should be showing some example outputs, so that people can evaluate whether this gem is useful to them. The second part is a standalone example, but I think it'll be more useful to make a specific demo, rather than using the monster openstreetmap-carto output!
