"Load a message recently received by this input" needs better error message #1688

When there is no message "recently received by this input" you will get an error message like this:

It should however say something like this:

There was no message received by this input in the last 8 (?) hours. Please use the manual message loading method using an ID and the index name.

This happens for extractors but I am pretty sure that it will also happen in the stream rule dialog.
