Feature Request: Unuspend tabs on power reconnect

I have my extension configured to only suspend when I go to battery power. When I get back to my desk and plug in my laptop again, I think it would be great if it could automatically reload all of my tabs. Right now I use a keyboard shortcut for this. I understand that it could get slow and unstable in the instance where a user has many tabs open, but I think that giving this option to users who have a "reasonable" number of tabs open would still be useful.
