Clarify if "unsuspend all tabs" is for the current window or all windows

I this think this menu item should be much clearer.

Option 1: Rename it

It should either be "Unsuspend all tabs (all windows)" or "Unsuspend all tabs (this window)", depeding on what it does

Option 2: Decide later

Rename it to "Unsuspend all tabs…" so users know that there is a dialogue after. Then add a dialogue asking "Unsuspend all tabs of this window" and "…of all windows".

Option 3: Add a count

"Unsuspend all tabs (4)" would also help, in case it is possible to count the supended tabs. This way users can easily see if its just this window or all …
