Greek apostrophos is not encoded in Unicode.

U+2019 is the character for apostrophe. Did you mean instead that apostrophe being the same character as right single quotation mark is a problem?

The character annotations for U+2019 indicate:

2019 ’ RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK
= single comma quotation mark
• this is the preferred character to use for apostrophe
→ 0027 ' apostrophe
→ 02BC ʼ modifier letter apostrophe
→ 275C ❜ heavy single comma quotation mark ornament
⁓ 2019 FE00 ’ non-fullwidth form
⁓ 2019 FE01 ’ left-justified fullwidth form
