One of the sections prepares and writes out the single-cell data in a format suitable for use in CIBERSORTx. CIBERSORTx is a tool for estimating cell-type proportions in bulk tissues using single-cell data as a reference. The data is saved in a pickle file, which can be later used for downstream analyses in cell [25] of part II of this tutorial.
