Auto License Expiry and Archiving

Currently, there is no option or feature that automatically checks in and archives licenses after their expiration, which makes it difficult to manage as both active and expired licenses are stored together. Therefore, the license should automatically expire on the set expiration date. Once expired, the checkout option should either be grayed out or the license should be archived to prevent further use. Additionally, logs should be maintained with user details (e.g., user ID, license details, expiration date) for expired licenses to track expiration history.

This feature will improve license management and help keep active and expired licenses separated.
