What happened?

Hello,

I am having trouble with json payload when using the Webhook. When using the bulk check out function with more accessories, the "assigned_to" inside the accessory json payload is "null". When doing the normal check out with one accessory, the "assigned_to" is OK and have the user inside.

I am using the Webhook for some pdf printing from template and I am getting important information from that json.

I had the old version 8.1.17 and upgraded to the newest and the problem was not solved.

Hi,

The webhook is configured to send a request to my own Python app (custom listener)

My Python script listens on that endpoint, receives the JSON payload from Snipe-IT, and then generates/prints a PDF from a template based on the webhook data.

The issue is in the webhook payload itself:

• When I check out a single accessory (normal checkout), assigned_to is correctly populated with the user.
• When I use Bulk Checkout with multiple accessories, the accessory payload contains assigned_to: null (even though the accessories are assigned to the same user).

So the endpoint itself is working and receives the payload, but the payload differs between single vs bulk checkout.
