Summary of large plans across multiple stacks/units #5289

Describe the enhancement
When running terragrunt run --all -- plan on a repository with multiple stacks/units, the output becomes extremely difficult to read and parse. The sheer volume of interleaved logs from multiple concurrent terraform plans makes it nearly impossible to quickly identify:
- Which modules have changes
- What those changes are
- Which modules have errors
I've searched for solutions that can do this with multiple plans and could not find a good way to see this. My current alternative is to dump the output :
terragrunt plan -all > terragrunt_output
And cat / grep etc.
