  1. Bonk Boost (Timed): If a vehicle collides with another vehicle or NPC/Player, the vehicle gets a sudden speed boost, equal to about 1-2 seconds of Honk Boost. If needed for stability, add an internal cooldown for vehicles so they can only be boosted every one second, to prevent repeated application of effect in a head on collision.
  2. Vehicle Speed = HP (Timed): When effect starts, all vehicles normal acceleration and top speed are tied to their current HP / total HP. So if your vehicle was at 100% HP, the normal speed and acceleration are 100%, but if you damage your car to 50% the speed and acceleration are 50%.
  3. Teleports Behind You (Instant): An NPC (whatever model seems the most "mid-2000s edgelord in appearance, maybe Woozie?) armed with a katana appears behind the player and attacks them.
  4. Goldeneye Aiming (Timed): When active, instead of the targeting reticule being locked to the center of screen and the camera moving with the mouse, the camera is locked and moving the mouse moves the reticle around the screen.
  5. CJ So Sleepy (Timed): Visual effect that resembles eyelids closing and opening happens at random intervals, covering the screen in darkness when the eyes are "closed". Done in a pattern as if CJ is struggling to stay awake.
  6. Flintstones Cars (Timed): Visual effect where NPCs in vehicles are standing up instead of sitting (so their feet are on the ground) and when the vehicle moves forward or backwards the NPCs do the appropriate walk/run animation.
  7. Vice City/GTA 3 HUD (Timed): Visual effect replacing the HUD with visuals from the appropriate game. Including Busted/Wasted/Mission Pass and includes correct Mission Pass sound.
  8. Oh Look, A Gun (Instant): Spawns a random weapon in front of CJ, and plays that CJ voice line.
  9. X Loves You (Instant): Instantly makes you dating a random girlfriend and puts your relationship status at maximum.
  10. Mystery Date (Timed): Spawns a random girlfriend using the AI they use to follow CJ on dates. If they die or get too far away from CJ he dies (of a broken heart). Odds are 1/8 between the 6 normal girlfriends, Catalina, and any random "named NPC" such as Tenpenny or Zero as your date. CJ's family members excluded from list of named NPCs.
  11. Grove is King! (Instant): Grove controls all gang territories, max respect.
  12. Collectathon (Timed): Marks up to 5 set spawn collectables (guns, bribe stars, oysters, etc.) currently loaded on the map, CJ must collect all of them in the time limit or suffer a penalty. Kind of a short range "Get to the Marker".
  13. The Full Monty (Instant): Removes all clothing, one piece at a time every couple seconds, until finally replacing CJ's pants with heart boxers. If there's a non-copyright "stripping" song in game, plays that while this is happening.
  14. Tight Timers (Timed): Any timer that triggers as part of a mission is reduced by 10-20%
  15. Lil' Smoke (Instant): Spawns a recruited gang member NPC with the skin of Big Smoke, but scaled to be about 60% of normal model size. He has a random big gun like RPG, Minigun, Flamethrower, etc.
  16. The K's Jammed (Timed): Forces player to use an AK-47, but there's a random chance for it to jam when shooting. Plays the "clicking" sound effect from the mission it's referencing and afterwards player can shoot again.
  17. Oops! All Ballas (Instant): All non-mission NPCs spawned around the player replaced with hostile Ballas, with random Ballas weapons.
  18. Urban Legend (Instant): Temporarily removes player weapons and moves them to a forest in Badlands, sets time to night and weather to foggy, and spawns the ugly hillbilly NPC with a chainsaw that attacks the player. If player kills NPC they are placed back at where they were last and returns weapons to them. If they run away the NPC will despawn but player must travel back to where they were and doesn't get weapons back. References the myth that you could find Leatherface in GTA SA (since the more obvious Bigfoot one wouldn't be possible without adding a custom model).
  19. Trampoline Park (Timed): Removes all fall damage, increases jump, bunny hop, amd hydraulics jump height, when you hit the ground you bounce to 50% of your fall height before hitting ground, until it's less than a regular CJ jump. Also effects vehicles.
  20. Random Camera Views (Timed): Randomly switches to different preset camera views every 10-15 seconds based on if player is walking or driving. Includes looking sideways or backwards as possible random views. Disables manually changing views until effect ends.
  21. 1337 5p34k (Timed): Using a "Leet Speak" translation table, replace all text from tooltips and subtitles with "Leet" text.
  22. UwU (Timed): Same idea as above, but replaces any instance of the letter "R" with a "W", unless the R is the last letter in a word (because it doesn't really work well at the end of words). Also has a chance to replace commas, periods, exclamation points, and question marks with things like uwu, XD, ;P, and other "cutesy" text emojis.
