Describe your issue

Click on edit profile and upload an image. Then it shows failed to upload image

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log in mulearn
  2. Click on edit profile and upload image
  3. Then it shows failed to load

What was the expected result?

Image upload successful and pdf format upload restricted
