In the ucsf-wynton/check_jbod fork, I've added support for the HGST/Western Digital H4060-J. Feel free to grab what you like. I can also prepare pull requests. It is not complete, as I do not yet know the correct min/max values for the current and fan queries. But it is usable. The H4060-J does not have a LED display, so the default device ID is the zero-based position in the lsscsi output. I've also added an option to use the primary enclosure logical identifier.

One thing that I forgot to document is how to set a "nickname" for some JBOD.
On our MD1420, we set the rack position as a string instead of being limited to only a number.

Maybe you can use this nickname as a JBOD identifier in your fork instead of the lsscsi output
