Github API Error

After the recent Update i tried to update my Addons.
That resulted in my game to crash before even starting.
So i reinstalled the game and also tried to clean "install" the Addon-loader.
Sadly i can not start it as i receive the API Error

Unfortunately the github API has quite a harsh rate limit, therefore, you can only do what's written there: Wait a bit. Normally you can open it again after ~1 hour of waiting.

Before waiting for 1h pls try "Run as admin", that solved it for me
