Repeat issue learned that adding "Scrolling Combat Text" is triggering the issue.
I am receiving Error 403, Buddy won't even load so I may 'uninstall/reinstall/update' or any other possibility, it loads the framing but no buttons or options. I am told "Githum servers returned an error; please try again in a few minutes.

Last time I had to uninstall GW2 to straighten out the mess created by this. I'm hoping for a less extreme (read time-consuming) option.

Please attach a copy of config.yaml or config.ini to the issue.
