When exporting a model dataset for visualization in GIS, somehow layered datasets are not rendering and contain NoData according to QGIS.

A single layer data variable works fine:

When plotting the resulting GIS dataset in Python, the data variables do contain the data, but somehow QGIS isn't rendering it, and suggests everything is NoData.

This is the resulting GIS dataset I've created:
