URLs that don't contain index.html don't correctly load the sidenav

Load https://www.gwtproject.org/doc/latest/tutorial/index.html an https://www.gwtproject.org/doc/latest/tutorial/ - both have the same contents, but only the first one correctly loads the sidenav as expected.
