Fix: a pronunciation lexicon for clinical terms/abbreviations (drug names, units like mmHg, mEq/L) — phonetic respelling fed to the bake (e.g. 'KOL-chi-seen', 'millimeters of mercury') before synthesis. Applies to both pauls_tutor (EN) and Lucrezia (IT). Epic: #6.
