The catalog's reusable unit today is the cards row (assessment item). Extend the schema so a narrative Foundations/exposition block is also a stable, addressable, class-owned content unit — so anatomy/pathophys is authored once per class and referenced, not duplicated. Small additive schema change to lib/catalog/ (keep Postgres-liftable, IF-NOT-EXISTS forward-only convention).
